Travel Concepts operates the latest Sabre reservation system. This ensures up to the minute information and most importantly, reduces the amount of time your staff spend talking to Travel Concepts when transacting a reservation. To assist in this area you may of course direct your request to our office by e-mail or facsimile.

Confirmations

Once a request is recieved it will be actioned by your assigned Sales Consultant and Confirmation will be sent via e-mail of facsimile. This generally should only take a few minutes, depending on the complexity of the reservation.

Passenger Profile

Travel Concepts will collate and maintain confidential regular passenger profiles on all your staff to reduce consulation time annd increase efficiency.

Corporate Hotel Rates

As a member of the NAITA group, which comprises of over seven hundred and fifty agencies, Travel Concepts is in a unique position to negotiate and arrange corporate accommodation bookings throughtout Australia and overseas. Our Galileo Reservation System has over 25,000 hotel listings. This generally gives us the best rate available for the Hotel requested.

In addition once we establish your regular hotel requirements, we will negotiate special nett rates with the hotel concerned on your behalf.

Car Rental

Travel Concepts has negotiated corporate rates with a number of major car rental companies within Australia and overseas which will save your company 20% on car rental.

Rates vary depending on the location and type of vehicle required, and, in the case of overseas rental, currency fluctuations must also be considered. Where your company has negotiated corporate rates with specific car hire companies, Travel Concepts will be pleased to book car hire on your behalf.

Visa Processing

Travel Concepts will assist in obtaining travel visas for all your staff members. We will do all that is possible to advise on and facilitate the obtaining of visas but the ultimate responsibility rests with the traveler.

Travellers Cheques and Foreign Currency

Travellers cheques and foreign currency are available directly from Travel Concepts in a number of major currencies, including:

Insurance

Aussietravelcover has released a 'BUSINESS TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY' for the executive frequent traveller for only $595.00 per annum per person.

All Aussietravelcover policies include membership to Mondial Assistance, which provides 24 hour assistance in the event of any medical or travel emergency.

For Example, services include guarantees to hospitals, arrangement of second options, evacuations to home bases if required, emergency cash transfers, legal assistance, urgent message service, baggage and travel document assistance.

Leisure Travel

Travel Concepts will exclusively offer your employees a rebate of 5% when booking their personal package holidays (Conditions apply).

Travel Concepts has significant experience in the facilitation of group travel, air and land, both with Australia and overseas.

Your Travel Expert

Your Company will be assigned a dedicated Sales consultant to exclusively manage your business travel account. This will ensure a personalized working relationship between Travel Concepts and your company.

Travel Concepts sales consultants have undergone extensive training in both fares and ticketing as well as reservations systems, fare revision updates, and industry training conducted by major suppliers, airlines, hotels and car rental companies.

Document Delivery

All travel Documentation will be delivered free of charge. Travel Concepts will guarantee a maximum of twenty-four hours for ticketing turnaround upon confirmation.
